Warranty & Refund Policy

Due to ongoing covid pandemic situation, only replacement policy is applicable on orders henceforth i.e. the product purchased can only be replaced if the same is eligible for replacement.*(T&C applied)
The refund policy is not applicable i.e. no orders are eligible for refunds till further update.

Warranty Policy

Yelobuy aims to provide Yelobuy Customers the clarity about support related queries that they may have about our products so that they feel confident in buying, using and getting required support for their Yelobuy products in the warranty period.
Important Note:  Customer can email us on admin@yelobuy.com or call us at  +91 8287393837 for availing the replacement or refund.
The Warranty is applicable if said product is in warranty period AND only if following conditions are met:

  • The product is a genuine Yelobuy Product that has supporting invoice/bill which the customer has to share with Yelobuy at the time of request.
  • This warranty applies only to Products purchased within India.
  • This warranty is limited to the first purchaser of the product only.
  • The product is used according to instructions given in the instruction manual and is not physically damaged / burnt / with connectors or cables damaged, etc. Such product will not be covered under warranty.
  • Defects are NOT caused by improper use, as determined by the company personnel.
  • If NO repair attempt is made by non-authorised person before bringing the product to Yelobuy.
  • NO modification or alteration of any nature is made in the circuitry, software or body of product.
  • Product will be deemed out of warranty if customer uses the product with non-standard accessories like adaptors and cables, which are not as per ratings mentioned in the specs of the product or in-case where Yelobuy provides the accessories with the product and yet the customer chooses to use other sub-standard or different specifications accessories.
  • Defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, unnatural cause or while in transit to service centre or purchaser’s residence.
  • Failure to ship the damaged parts / Product back to us may result in you being charged for the replacement part or Product at invoice price or MRP whichever is applicable.
  • The company’s obligation shall be limited to repair or providing replacement of part/s only with maximum claim/s, if entertained by the company, limited to the purchase price.
  • All expenses & risks incurred in shipping the unit to the company’s service centre/authorised service centre will be borne by the customer.
  • In case of transportation / courier related damages arising NOT because of Yelobuy, when product is sent to Yelobuy service center, we would treat it “out of warranty” because of physical damage and will do repairs on paid basis.
  • After repairs/replacement, warranty will remain only for the unexpired period of the warranty. No extension of warranty period will be done.
  • Yelobuy will pay for return courier charges only but owns no responsibility of any damages/loss during transit.
  • Yelobuy will retain any replaced part/s or component/s.
  • In-case the product is not repairable, Yelobuy may provide an equivalent product, with minor difference, or may give a credit note of the invoice value of the Product. Here the customer has to deposit all the accessories of the product. If not, then reasonable charges would be deducted for the same.
  • Technological advances and Product availability status may result in your receiving a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original Product you purchased. Product equivalence will be determined solely by Yelobuy.
  • The warranty is issued at New Delhi, and Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters covered or flowing from this warranty.

Yelobuy is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with any of our products that you buy from us. Despite our stringent quality checks, in an unlikely case when the product you ordered from us is damaged or functionally defective or if it’s not as per your order, we request you to immediately raise a complaint with us on admin@yelobuy.com or call our Customer care (+91 8287393837) help line. You need to return the unused product in as-is condition, with its original packaging along with original contents like accessories and Manuals within 24 hrs from the date on which these goods are received.

  • Any Yelobuy product that has any manufacturing defect, at the point of sale or within 07 days of product delivery, will be termed as Defective or Damaged .
  • Under all circumstances, the decision whether Product is Defective or not rests solely with Yelobuy.
  • Products damaged while being used DO NOT qualify for a refund or replacement and can’t be taken up in warranty.
  • Note: Defective or Damaged shall NOT be considered under the following conditions
  • Invoice copy of the purchase bill will be necessary to claim a Defective or Damaged product.
  • In case the product defect is NOT reproduced/seen at Service Center.
  • Any issues related to any 3rd party products/services
  • Any Software related issues that can be remotely fixed like an App update.
  • If the product is found defective after checking by the service center then a new product or equivalent product will be issued against the faulty product. If the customer does not accept a replacement, amount will be refunded to the customer after deduction of shipping cost.

Replacement/Refund Policy

The customer is offered an Immediate Replacement against any manufacturing defects/deformities within a period of 7 days (Unless different timeline is specified in the product description) from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds are applicable only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided for a defective product.
In Case the customer wishes to return a product, but there is no issue with the product as per the company service center, refunds will be made once the product is received by the company after deducting the non recoverable expenses such as bank charges, shipping costs, wear & tear, depreciation etc. (T&C applied)
Notes:

  • Shipping cost charges – Max up to INR 300 depending on the shipping address of the client
  • Depreciation charges – Max up to 30% of the product value depending on the condition of the returned product received

Condition to be met to be eligible for replacement/refund:

  • The product is a genuine Yelobuy Product that has supporting invoice/bill which the customer has to share with Yelobuy at the time of request.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging along with its original contents like accessories, manuals etc
  • Defects are NOT caused by improper use, as determined by the company personnel.
  • If NO repair attempt is made by non-authorised person before bringing the product to Yelobuy.
  • NO modification or alteration of any nature is made in the circuitry, software or body of product.
  • All expenses & risks incurred in shipping the unit to the company’s service centre/authorised service centre will be borne by the customer.
  • All expenses & risks incurred in shipping the item/product to the company’s service centre will be borne by the customer.(T&C applied – As no shipping cost is charged on the initial purchase)

Conditions for Non eligibility of replacement/refund:

  • If the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product.
  • A physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • If 7 working days have crossed after the delivery of the product
  • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user (Decision will be confirmed after the confirmation from the company service center)
  • If customer avails any discount/coupon code while making the purchase (Only replacement policy will be applicable.)
  • For purchase made of less than INR 1000, only replacement policy is applicable. (Refund policy will not be applicable.)

Procedure of Returns:

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Note: If in any circumstances, the order gets cancelled, the amount will be refunded (through the same channel from where the payment was made) to the customer.
